21 Screws *not* 23, I apologize. Warning! Please please! Be careful when doing this and if the plate does NOT come out, do not force it! You may have a different configuration if the model or year is different. The model # and year are unlisted for these. They were purchased in 5-packs for school use. The school I am repairing them for may know the model year but I do not. You are using these instructions at your own risk. PS I know there are other vids out there for this but I like when things are concise and to the point so I thought I'd contribute. Hope this helps someone. Feel free to "like" it if it did ^_^.
